How to Cancel an Amazon Return on Mobile
If you want to cancel your Amazon return, you can do so directly through the mobile app. You’ll need to locate the return request in the orders on your Amazon account to do so.
- Open the Amazon app and tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Your Orders.
- Search through your orders and select the product that you have requested a return for. It should display Return Started next to the product.
- Under the Return Started section, tap View Return/Refund Status.
- Tap the Manage Return button.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Cancel Return.
- Tap Cancel Return again to confirm your decision.
How to Cancel an Amazon Return on Desktop
You can also cancel an Amazon return by signing into your Amazon account on the Amazon website on a desktop or laptop. The steps are a little different from how it’s done on mobile.
- Sign in to your Amazon account on your browser.
- Click Returns & Orders at the top of the screen.
- Scroll through your orders until you find the product you’ve started a return for. It should read Return Started in the order.
- Click the View Return/Refund Status button.
- Click Manage Return.
- At the bottom of the pop-up window, click the Cancel Return button.

Can I Cancel an Amazon Return Once I’ve Shipped the Item?
